1: go to mechanical design 》part design
2: select any plane and click sketch tools
3: select profile toolbars 》select rectangle tool
4: press left side of mouse and move down
5: select constraint tool and give desire dimensions
6: select exit workbench
7: select sketch based features 》pad tool for filling material 》give desire height
